4. Afford Sound and Thorough Christian cum Zionist Divine Education through planned Biblical Kingdom Preaching & Teaching Ministries @ Zion unto The LORD'S Favoured Kingdom Associates @ Zion and Blessed Israel Of God, Worldwide.

5. To Prepare, Equip and Project On Divine Missionary Services The Ministerial Candidates Who Have Distinguished Themselves As Vessels Of Honour In Ministerial Service To God's Glory By Ministerial Licensing And Ordination.
